Brand New Crema

For those of you who might not have stopped by recently, we have a new espresso machine! It's a Faema E61 Legend and is based on a model that came out in 1961. Some of the internals have been updated but the core technology and look have not changed, making it one of the most luscious espresso machines out there.

While we were installing the new espresso machine we also put in a new water filter and espresso grinder. Then we switched to a lighter-roasted espresso (an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, for those who want to know) and played around with the dosage of coffee we use per shot. When put all together the resultant espresso is pretty amazing. Come by and check it out!
