Le Nez du Cafe Workshop

Today at the Haywood Mall Coffee & Crema we will be pulling out something special: the Le Nez du Cafe set.

This will be a workshop designed to test and hone your sense of smell. Le Nez du Cafe is a set of 36 vials containing the most common aromas found in coffee. It is a lot like Le Nez du Vin, which was designed for wine, but with coffee-specific scents. The goal of the workshop is to match the vials to their smell on corresponding worksheets.
