New Tea For the Holidays

The time has come to update our loose leaf tea offerings and this holiday we are paring back a bit. The system we have used for nearly three years now of combining a dozen herbal components with black, green, red or white bases has worked well for us but a little confusingly for customers. There is such a thing as too much choice, it would seem.

Accordingly, we will be moving from our classic lineup of teas to an all-organic line of blended teas. Still loose-leaf, still delicious. But what will they be? Glad you asked:

Organic Roman Provence:
Rooibos blend
Fruity ripe berry notes balanced with mild lavender.

Organic Monk's Blend:
Black Tea blend
Light fruity grenadine lifts exotic caramel vanilla creating a unique heavenly flavor. Smooth and mellow finish.

Organic Lapsang Souchang:
Black Tea
A smooth crisp character with the remarkable heady aroma of a pine and oak wood fire. This tea is not a blend.

Organic Bancha:
Japanese Green
Fresh green flavor explodes in your mouth tempered with hints of sweet pear. This tea is not a blend.

Organic At The Waterfront:
Herbal Mint
Notes of fruit and a light spearmint finish.

The changeover will happen at our Forest Park location first and come to the Mall sometime after the holidays. Come by and let us know what you think.
