The Southeast Regional Jam!

I just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend in Charlotte is the Southeast Regional Jam. It's a series of workshops designed for anyone wanting to better understand coffee and how it produced on a professional level. There are classes on a variety of topics and I have been asked to talk about siphons and how to use them in a commercial environment. It should be an instructive class, should you want to attend. It starts at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon.

There is also a barista competition Saturday evening, with a sundry of prizes, food and music. I hope to see some of you guys there and catch up on all things coffee!
