What are your hours?

Mon-Thu: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Fri & Sat: 9:30 AM to 9 PM

Sun: 11 AM to 6:30 PM

Why does your coffee taste so good?

Because we are committed serving the best coffee in the world and preparing it right. It costs us more to do so but we think it worth the added cost.

But we don't do blends. There are good blends out there, certainly, and we might have a couple of coffees sitting around that beg to get thrown together just to see how they would taste. But, generally, we want to taste the work of each farm.

Who roasts your coffee?

Crema Coffee Roasters, located in Cary, NC.

Nice espresso machine!

Thanks! It's a Faema E61 Legend, modelled after the original design from 1961. It works along the same lines as most other machine out there, except that it uses a small lever to activate the pump rather than a button.

Will you renovate the rest of the shop?

We are fixing everything up a little at a time. It seems to be taking forever but we'll get it done one day.

Do you give discounts to Haywood Mall employees?

Yes. If you work inside the mall you get 10% off everything in the shop. If you work inside Belk then you get a 20% discount!
