The following is list of our more popular drinks. Generally speaking, we carry six flavors throughout the year: Chocolate, vanilla, sugar free vanilla, caramel, white chocolate and raspberry. All are hand-made by us in the shop. We sweeten sparingly because we want you to taste the coffee. Availability may vary between stores.
Hot Coffee

| Espresso Macchiato | Fresh espresso served with a touch of richly frothed milk. Served in a demitasse. |
| Slow Coffee | Freshly ground and brewed to order as a pourover or french press. Ask for available estates. |
| Mocha | Our traditional caffe latte combined with hand-made chocolate sauce. |
| Raspato | Our traditional caffe latte combined with raspberry and white chocolate sauce. |
| Siphon | Also known as the Vac Pot, this is science experiment and exotic brewing method all at once. Ask for available estates. |
| Tahitian | Our traditional caffe latte combined with hand-made vanilla and caramel sauce. |
| Tortuga | Meaning “Turtle” in Spanish, this is our traditional caffe latte combined with caramel and our hand-made chocolate sauce. |

| Frozen Mocha | Espresso blended with crushed ice and our hand-made chocolate. |
| Frozen Turtle | Espresso blended with crushed ice, caramel and our hand-made chocolate. |
| White Lightning | 40 calories. Espresso blended with crushed ice, skim milk and sugar-free vanilla. |

Tea
| Chai Latte | Prepared to order, this hand-made tea is infused with traditional masala spices and combined with lightly frothed milk. |
| Sweet Tea | Sugar and black tea poured over iced. Available only at the Haywood Mall location. |
| Hot Tea | Organic loose leaf black, green, red or herbal tea. Hot water for refills is free. Also available over ice. |
